Pricing

(Wedding)

Ceremony & Reception $5,000

  • Seating for up to 200 guests with white linen overlays. 

  • Commercial bathrooms.

  • Commercial kitchen. 

  • 2 dance floor options. Indoor ballroom, or outdoor courtyard.

  • Onsite bridal suite with 3 bar stools for onsite hair and make up.

  • Cocktail hour located on our stage with 4 cocktail tables, and 6 white rocking chairs. 

  • Newly remodeled outdoor ceremony location. Ceremony chairs for up to 100 guests. Additional chairs for an extra fee. 

Reception $4,000

(Same as above without ceremony)

  • Seating for up to 200 guests with white linen overlays.

  • Seating above 200 guests available for an additional fee, can seat 220 indoors and an additional 150 guests on the outdoor patio. 

  • Commercial bathrooms.

  • Commercial kitchen.

  • 2 dance floor options. Indoor ballroom, or outdoor courtyard.

  • Onsite bridal suite with 3 bar stools for onsite hair and make up.

  • Cocktail hour located on our stage with 4 cocktail tables, and 6 white rocking chairs. 

 

Bar

  • Commercial wetbar located indoors. With a 4 tap kegerator for an additional fee. 

  • Commercial Coca Cola Bar gun. Unlimited use of Coca Cola products day of wedding for an additional fee. 

  • All alcohol has to be provided by client, or a licensed bartender. Any alcohol WILL NOT be provided by The Stoneridge Barn. 

  • Outdoor patio bar can be used for an additional fee. 

Food

  • You may choose to have a licensed caterer but it is not required. 

  • You are responsible for all food or catering service. 

  • We provide you with a preferred vendors list.


 

Extras

  • You can upgrade any table, chairs or linens by your own choice.

  • Any extras you will be responsible for. 

 

Set up 

  • Reception tables, chairs, and linens  set up is included by The Stoneridge Barn according to the agreed upon floor plan.

  • All detailed setup must be arranged in advance and may be performed by an outside source, such as the bride/ groom’s family , friends, or Wedding Planner.

All Other Events

  • Price will be determined by function and amount of guests.
